• How long does it take for me to receive my beat after payment?

Beats are sent to your email within 10 minutes to 2 hours of your payment clearing and Contract Signing depending on the number of tracks you purchase.

• What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept Paypal, all major credit cards, cash and money processors such as: Cash pp, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google pay, Chime and Etc. When Purchasing through and include the beatname + your email address + your physical address, so I can place it into the license agreement/receipt. Payments that are sent manually will take up to 24 hours after payment for the files to be sent to your email address.

• Can I change beats after purchase or get my money back if I don't like or use purchased beats?  

I have a strict NO REFUND policy on my digitally delivered products. All items marked for sale on this website are for digital download only. I do not deliver any physical goods to you for purchases. As a result, all sales on digital downloadable goods are final and I cannot offer a refund for something I cannot take back.

• Do you make custom beats? ​

Yes. I can create custom beats for any artist. ​

​

• Do you issue refunds?

NO I do not offer refunds on any digital audio goods purchased from my store. All digital audio goods are final sale and non-refundable. We recommend customers read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. Please contact my customer service team if you have any questions or need assistance before making a purchase.​

• What am I allowed to do with free downloads or demo downloads?

All beats that are up on the *download* tab of this website that are set for free downloads are ONLY free for non-commercial / non-profitable use. Free download does not mean “free beat” lol smh. The purpose, is to offer people a pre-listening to decide if the song over my beat(s) is worth to invest in purchasing a license from me! You may upload your songs on youtube, soundcloud, etc. by giving credit to “TrackChemistBeats” as the producer.  Credit must be given to “TrackChemistBeats” (e.g. [Prod. By TrackChemistBeats] ) in any case.

• I think I know someone who stole your beat(s) !

I would be very happy for anyone addressing these issues and telling me about misuse of my beat(s). If you think someone has infrined my copyrights and used my beat(s) without permission or in a fraudulent way, please let me know by sending me an e-mail or describe the matter in the form on the home tab.

• I am interested in a beat but can't find it on your website.  

In general this means that the beat most likely has already been sold exclusively and is no longer available for any form of future licensing. If the beat is not listed in the store on my website, you can be 99% sure that this is the case, but to be on the safe side just send me an e-mail so I can give you a quote on the status of the beat!

• Do you offer recording services or mixing/mastering services?  

I do not offer recording services, but I might announce some affiliate recording-studios and engineers that I know that are offering this kind of service. I might offer mixing and mastering services sometime in future, but there is no set date yet though!

• I have contacted you for feedback on a song and did not get a reply.

Please do not take it personally if I have not gotten back at you. I will definitely listen to all sent material, but often there is no time to give feedback or get back at you quickly since I receive large amounts of songs and requests daily. It’s hard to get back at everyone asking for feedback while handling business.

• Do I own the beat after I buy it?

No, you do not own the track if you lease. All non-exclusive beats are LEASED not SOLD. You are leasing the rights to use it. By downloading free downloable tracks, you are bound to the terms and conditions of non-exclusive use.

• What format do the beats come in?

All the beats on our site are 320 kbps MP3 format. Also, you will have the option to get your beats in professional formats delivered on CD (exclusive beats only). Popular formats includes, .wav and track outs which are compatible with most major software programs like Acid, Pro Tools, Cubase, and more.

• Can I use these beats on my album? Demo? Mix-tape? Website? Can I use them to perform shows or Produce a demo to send to A&R companies record labels etc?

Definitely, when you purchase from Track Chemist Beats you are purchasing the non-exclusive rights to that track. A Limited License grants you, the licensee, a limited right to download & use  Track Chemist Beats.

• Can I sell the song(s) I make with these beats?

Yes. You can sell up to 5,000 cd's or tapes with a lease and can sell 10,000 cd's or tapes with a (premium lease) as long as you give credit to me by inserting the producers name. Example: prod. By TrackChemistBeats. Remember ONLY exclusive beats are available for selling more than 2,500 or 10,000 copies, or major distribution.

• Do the beats or beat I buy get removed from the site?

No, I do not remove non-exclusive beats from the site. The only way to get the beat removed and call it your own is to buy it exclusively.

• Do you keep your tags on the beats after purchased?

YES!! Track Chemist Beats reserves the right to keep an audio signature at the beginning OR end of all Non-exclusive, and or exclusive Instrumentals.

• I already sold 5000 copies, but, its getting good reviews, How can I keep selling this product?

You can do one of two options, 1: Purchase the exclusive to sell unlimited records, or 2: Re-lease the beat(s) so it will be a reset of the 5,000 copies you can sell.

• I want to get multiple exclusives, Do I get a discount?

yes, after the purchase of one exclusives, depending on the beat or custom beat you want your discount can be provided.

​

• I didn’t read the contract and I believe I violated the contract. Does this mean you can sue me?

lol is the sky green ? Most definitely I can sue and legal actions can be resolve by my lawyer.

• Do You collab with other producers?

Yes I will do collaborations with a charge.

​

• Do you have any downloadable drum kits?  

Yes, I do ! visit the Home page.
